MITO continues its record of excellent service
MITO is pleased to report the results of its 2024 Customer Satisfaction Survey, which once again recorded very high rates of customer approval of our services and delivery.
The overall satisfaction rate across both employers and learners was 96%, with 97% indicating they would recommend MITO to others. It was excellent to note statistically significant increases to satisfaction with our MITO Training Advisors among both our employers and learners, and high satisfaction rates for the structure of our programmes and our eLearning portal.
The quantitative and qualitative data from this annual survey is invaluable in ensuring we are meeting the needs of our community and making improvements where necessary. MITO continually strives for excellence across its services and delivery—our 2025 plans include: further leveraging technology to support our learners; continuing our rolling programme updates informed by the experts within our Industry Reference Groups; and continuing to hold workshops for our assessor team to ensure consistent and high quality feedback for our learners.
