IAG Trades Scholarship Apprentices of the Year
Congratulations to MITO learners William Patten and Ethan Joy who were recently named 2016 IAG Top Apprentices of the Year.
William from Waitemata Panelbeaters Limited, Auckland, was named IAG Top Apprentice of the Year Award – Refinishing 2016. His motivation, initiative and strong ambition were listed as particular attributes of note by the judges.
Ethan from Smythe and McCoard Panel & Paint, Cambridge, was named IAG Top Apprentice of the Year Award – Collision Repair 2016. With his excellent practical skills, combined with a great attitude, the judges felt he was an ideal choice for this award.
As well as announcing the apprentice of the year awards, the event welcomed new entrants into the IAG scheme and celebrated the achievements of those who had graduated from their chosen qualification.
