Got a Trade? Got it Made! is a national campaign to raise awareness of learning and career opportunities in New Zealand’s trades and services.
New Zealand needs more skilled people in trades and services and employers are seeking talented people to fill roles created by industry growth and replacement demand.
The campaign aims to:
- Raise awareness of training and career opportunities in New Zealand’s trades and services
- Reposition trades and services as ‘Plan-A’ career paths for young people aged 14-18 years, and key influencers, including parents, teachers and careers advisors
- Showcase the range of opportunities to learn on-the-job
- Promote conversations celebrating trades and services.
