An opportunity has just opened up for a sales trainee to join our team, promoting our range of compact construction equipment to businesses in Auckland.
At times there will be emphasis on certain specific products and special promotions.
We are looking for the next generation of talent to join our Auckland based team as a sales cadet. Your passion and ability will be matched by your proven communication, organisation and prioritisation skills. You will be adept at working to deadlines, articulate and dynamic.
You're driven, competitive and highly focused, although many wouldn't guess it with such a genuinely positive team-player attitude. You're also an excellent communicator in every sense of the word, a natural builder of real relationships and you leave customers in no doubt that they're your top priority.
An interest in the selling of capital equipment but most important is an appetite for a challenge and hunger to succeed.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 1-2 years in a sales function
- Ideas and solutions focused
- Strong communication skills – especially oral and written
- Attention to detail
- Strategic thinker
- Team player.
